Description:

* Remove and install valve spring easily with one tool

Operation:

* Remove valve spring: take out the spring and parts inside the tool. Then push the valve spring to move it out.

* Install valve spring: put the spring and parts back to this tool. Then push valve spring and cotter back to the position.
