Engine Timing Tool Set for VAG-2.4D

Description:

* Set of engine timing locking tools for use on Volkswagen 2.4D with engine codes AAB, AJA(02/95-03)

* The correct alignment is achieved by placing equal thickness of shims (C) between both ends of the bracket and the cylinder head.

* Camshaft Setting Strap (B) is used to set the correct timing position of the camshaft.

* The centre Part of the bracket fits into the slotted end of the camshaft and the ends of the bracket locate on thecylinder head.

* Injection Pump Pulley Setting Spigot (D) is 15.4mm in diameter and is used on engines with a one piece Injection Pump Sprocket.

* The Crankshaft Damper Holding Tool (A) prevents the damper from rotating whilst unfastening and refastening the centre bolt. This tool should be used with 3/4”D power bar.

* V W GROUP 2.5TDi Common Rail Diesel engines (Belt) in VOLKSWAGEN LT Crafter；BJJ, BJK, BJL and BJM engines.
